Advertise your property with us, below you will see a break down of the options available to you, if you require additional assistance please contact me direct to discuss this further.

The prices you see below are on a per property basis.


Marketing Online - £30 per month

  • I will create and compile your own web page which will appear on www.Essex2Let.co.uk for the agreed term
  • You will need to send me your property pictures along with a description for each of them
  • Your contact details will be clearly displayed unless you choose Essex2Let to manage your properties.
    (I am currently looking in to setting up the Essex2Let website so that landlords can upload there own property details)


    Let Only - £140

  • FREE documentation can be provided within this package
  • Marketing Online is included within this package
  • Valuation of your property
  • Accompanied viewing's with prospective tenants
  • All necessary documentation to be completed and submitted to the required parties (see included list of documents below)
  • Referencing and credit checking your prospective tenant
  • (AST) Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement preparation and completion (landlord and tenant copy)
  • Arrangement of all legal certificates (Gas/Electric/EPC Certificates)
  • Collection of rental deposit, to the value of either four, six or eight weeks rent, along with first months rent up front
  • Arrangement of the rental deposit to be placed in to landlords approved tenancy deposit scheme
  • Handover of your property and tenant file


    Full Management - £140 + £40 per month

  • FREE documentation can be provided within this package
  • Marketing Online and Let Only are included within this package
  • Property inspection reports carried out every 3 months, copies to be provided
  • Supervision to ensure tenants comply with their AST agreement, appropriate action to be taken to rectify any non-compliance of their terms of tenancy
  • 24 hour telephone line for emergencies
  • Instruct qualified tradesmen and oversee any works which need to be carried out, additional expenses will need to be covered by the landlord not Essex2Let
  • Final inspection and collection of keys, upon tenant vacating the property
  • Signing off the Full Inventory and Condition report
  • Returning the tenancy deposit to tenant.
