If you advertise your properties in a press publication you can include your reference number where the asterisks are within the web site address eg: www.Essex2Let.co.uk/*** and this would direct your potential tenants to review your own portfolio web page.

If you are new to managing your own properties, on request when you let through Essex2Let we can provide you with FREE documentation (see list below) which we use and this will make your life as a landlord get off to a smooth start.

    Regulations and Certificates

    I can advise you on and ensure you comply with the regulations and assist you in obtaining the required certificates. These include the following;

  • Fire regulations
  • HMO (House in Multiple Occupancy) regulations
  • Tenancy Deposit Scheme
    We can arrange for these to be carried out on your behalf, or simply advise you on current and new legislation.
